Greenify Invest LTD was founded in 2022 to provide the client with a full range of services.

Greenify is a real estate  agency that operates in Međimurje and Varaždin counties, Istria and Dalmatia, Slovenia, and Austria. In buying or renting real estate, we offer the acquisition of the necessary documentation, advertise your real estate, and provide legal support with a personal approach to the client.

We are certified for the preparation and implementation of EU projects. We follow tenders on a European level every day and guide the client through the preparation and implementation of the project, through frequent communication with the client we reach the desired goal.

Expert team

Greenify was founded by two young and enterprising women who love their work and have many ideas, ambitions, and plans.

Greenify team consists of:
– a licensed real estate brokerage agent,
– manager of the preparation and implementation of EU projects,
– master’s degree in law and real estate management.
